They constantly order the wrong parts and will damage property so that they have to "fix" what is wrong with the unit. They will do PM's to make sure everything is running smoothly and then will "identity" (cause) problems so that they can bill the client for services and repairs that are not needed - one time they ordered the wrong filters and just shook them out and put them back in - then charged for new filters that did not happen They overcharge for everything and charge for things they did not do - stay away from this unscrupulous company!
