Buyer beware!!! I second the zero star!
I recently bought a newly built home the Chisty and Tim Truitt teamed up as a husband and a wife to build and sell home with issue. Belmont Builder llc (please note Tim Truitt also owns (CMTT Properties and sometime uses that company name) has the same physical address as as the realtors. However,
the realtor will act like there is no connect when you report issues on the newly built home. See screenshot of property descriptions saying "broker interest" indicated the realtor/broker is also investing on the build and sales of the homes.
They build home with sink hole from septic issue, gaps under the siding that allow pest in home that have not even been lived in for 3 months. Drainage issue that were said to be corrected after our inspector called out water going into the crawlspace that was not correct. The builders said they fixed the grading issue with the water going into the crawlspace was misleading and the issue remained after moving into the home. They installed windows wells without sealing them or adding rock under them for the water to properly drain. The yard was grading to drain right into the crawlspace and over the Septic drain field. Shotty finishing work, nails seen in the drywall, paint on floors, wall paint on the ceiling, wall paint missing in spots they didn't sand down the plaster in some areas before painting. Siding with gaps large enough to allow pest to enter the home. Mason work on the flagstone all arpund the house is cracked, cracking or nonexistent. That just a short list of issue in newly build 3 month old house.
ALSO NOTE THAT THE BUILDER AND REALTOR HAVE BEEN MADE AWARE OF NUMEROUS OF ISSUE ON MULTIPLE HOUSE AND KEEP PUMPING HOUSE OUT WITH THE SAME IF NOT MORE ISSUE!!
