I purchased a brand new build from this contractor that had been on the market a few months in Cleburne, Tx. It seemed like a beautiful home and I fell in love with it. Unfortunately, upon moving in, noticed the horrible lack of quality in many aspects of the home. The worst problem, was the plumbing backed up all the time. I had to get two different plumbers to prove to him that there were "bellies" all the way under my home that needed to be repaired. Finally, after threatening a lawsuit, he fixed it. It would have cost me thousands of dollars if they had not done it. They had to excavate all the way under my home (from one end of the home clear to the other end) and completely redo the plumbing. They had to put piers under the home to stabilize the foundation. They promised me a lifetime warranty but still have not gotten it. They also had to dig up my entire front yard and redo the plumbing in the front yard to the street connection. To "fix" the landscape issues, he had landscapers throw sod down. There was no leveling, tamping of the ground, etc. What I have now is a total mess that will have to be completely redone. He refuses to make it right. The quality of the rest of the home is terrible as well. It looks like they used left overs from different projects or the reject store to furnish the house. I have had to completely redo all of the TP holders as they were falling off the walls, the trim has big holes and rough spots in it that you don't notice until you look at it more closely, the toilets are all different and different sizes, the kitchen sink is not level so it does not drain correctly and it causes rust spots all the time. Same thing with the master shower. The pan is not sloped correctly and water sits in the floor of the shower and causes mold unless I clean it every day and squeegee the water down the drain. The flooring that was put in is loose and you can feel if move and hit the subflooring when you walk on it. None of the cedar accents on the outside beams were put in correctly and they are all swelling and now look terrible. I could continue to go on, but I think you see the picture. I would not have my worst enemy purchase a home from this company.
