A family member recommended Casey Gragg to us. We live in a double wide in Lenoir. For almost a year, we’ve been trying to get someone to come out and fix a short in our wiring. We called every electrician we could find and most suddenly became too busy right after hearing the issue. The two did come out, but could find the problem. One actually made it worse.
I called Mr. Gragg on Tuesday afternoon and he told me the was on a job and had another one right after he was finished there. I thought “great, another blow off”. Nope. He got my info and said he’d check it. He was true to his word. He showed up, after hours, and spent a good hour and a half searching for the short. Once he found it, he assured me that he could repair it. Said he would call me Thursday or Friday and fix it. He called early Thursday morning to tell me he was on his way, showed up, fixed it, even showed me what work he had done.
All that for a price that was shockingly low.
Mr Gragg seemed to me to be not only competent, but very friendly, honest, punctual and professional.
He is now our ‘go-to’ electrician.
