We make severely passes for snow removal. We only bill based on the official posting listing the total number of inches, not by how many time we are there. We also only apply salt or calcium when we are done. Also as I explained you are not the party that have a contract with and they have not complained at any point. If you wish to handle the account please feel free to have the current customer canc the contract. I’m sure that they are happy with the service since they have not contacted me.
