I moved into my house February 8th 2023. We did a walkthrough with the builder and made a punch list of items that needed to be complete. In May if 2023 we had to get our attorney involved because these items were not complete. It’s been a nightmare working with this company. After sending us a final invoice he decided to send us another invoice that was 30k hire than his original final invoice. And the work still is complete.
