Hired Steve Vlado (owner of CNR Construction & Masonry LLC) for waterproofing repairs in January 2023 (with a 4-year warranty). Paid full price after he claimed work was done. It wasn’t, and the leak continued shortly within 2 months after Steve’s claim of “completed” work. Informed Steve of the persisting problems, he came back to the house and claimed to have worked on the problems but he never fixed any of the problems. Went back and forth with him throughout the entire year of 2023, and although he made initial visits after each call or text, he failed to complete the work. This dragged on for the entirety of 2024 and until now in 2025 the problems are still not resolved. He also installed a non-functional french drain in the basement without drainage piping. Requests for photo documentation of progress were ignored, and communications were sporadic and unproductive. Even a simple paint job (he left the outside foundation of my property in two very different colors) he wasn’t able to fix despite assurances that this would be corrected. He left this paint job unaddressed for more than a year and it’s still currently not remedied.
