Through research on work performed on our home, we finally came across this site which identified the contractor that performed the electrical work in our kitchen, bathroom and on the 2nd floor of our home according to the contract with the Joseph Corporation, who we purchased our home from.
This company not only did not perform electrical upgrades on much of the 2nd floor, but they also left the home with a hazardous situation on the circuit breaker panels. Not only was over 200 amp of breakers installed between the two breaker panels in the basement, but they also failed to upgrade the main breaker from the current 100 amp to a 200 amp breaker when 200 amp service was being provided to the home before we purchased the home.
This contractor also mislabeled almost every single breaker, which could have potentially caused serious injury had my husband not checked every single breaker to verify correctly identified circuits when he was replacing a 1950's era light switch on the 2nd floor stairway landing.
