    As the previous reviewer stated, this "contractor" did not do all of the work described in the contract; the results were of poor quality, lacked skills and communication, charged extra for materials already paid for, and issued surprise invoices that were extremely overpriced and not discussed prior to charging. He didn't show up when he said he would; he didn't communicate about it, certainly didn't apologize, and continued the behavior. He would often show up after being MIA for days to a week, work for an hour or two, and disappear. Repeated behavior multiple times. He would repeatedly say that the project would be done within days. To date, after several texts, he has not delivered the materials I paid for under the contract, which he didn't apply to the project. As of the date of this review, the advertised "LLC" standing that is painted on his equipment trailer and on social media FB doesn't exist in this state as an active LLC entity. It was dissolved in 2021. I didn't check to see if he was insured. I'm glad nothing happened that required my insurance to be involved; I probably would have been liable for his mishaps. The payment for the project was the highest charge a contractor would invoice in this area; however, I will have to pay to have the work redone. The statements he made about how parts of the project needed to be executed were ridiculous. Listening to him berate and be hostile with his helper and relative was embarrassing. Someone had recommended him to me a year before I hired CCHS, and I didn't follow up with them again before signing the contract. After signing a contract with CCHS, I later learned that the person who recommended Coal Creek Home Solutions to me now regrets hiring CCHS and would not recommend it to anyone. I'll check my original referral sources again before signing a contract next time. A good contractor is extremely hard to come by; don't be fooled and grifted by this "contractor".
