    Half house remodel

    Tony handled our remodel about 4 years ago and did a great job. We gutted the house and rebuilt a new kitchen, 2 bathrooms and the living room and dining room.
    There will always be hiccups during any remodel and it’s how one handles those that determine the overall success of the project. I have to say, even to this day, Tony has managed this aspect that best. Even to this day, he’s open to a quick consultation or a meeting to discuss any building issues we may have.
    That’s peace of mind.

    Let me start by saying your customer service is top notch. You are one of the few people that I deal with that actually delivered what they promise and then some. Thank you. It is refreshing to work with you. I should also mention that each and every time we hired someone to help with our project in past, we were royally burned. I started to think that we were never going to get help and finish what we started not to mention the cost, and I was almost afraid to agree to pay anyone else. You're helped us finish the addition and remodel that we've been throwing money at for years with no results on time and on the budget. Thank you. I highly recommend you to anyone that is looking to remodel or add to their home.

    In May 2019, we moved back into a beautiful, newly remodeled house, courtesy of Coast Builders. One year prior, we had met with Tony, he provided us a bid and a timeline, and we soon broke ground. Everything he promised came through, both in terms of costs and projected duration.

    Tony is more than willing to keep open lines of communication throughout the process. Tony is successful and very busy, but he was still very patient with us throughout the year. And even after the project ended, he followed through on any necessary fixes, over a year after we had written him the last check.

    When we decided to move back to the Bay Area we purchased a “fixer upper” home.

    We met with Tony and discussed what we wanted to have done. It was a full remodel and we knew we wanted to wait till the work was finished before moving in.
    He promptly came back to us with a plan for our project with costs and time needed for completion.
    Important factors for us were to have quality of workmanship, quality materials being used and a time-line.
    We were happy with our decision to use Coast Builders. Tony was easy to reach if any issues came up and everything was completed on schedule for our move back to the Bay Area. All of our needs were met and we would highly recommend Tony and his company.

    Whole property remodel

    We hired Coast Builders for a full remodel of our house in 2014. We've been very happy with the work, and there was a lot of work!
    During the build process, Tony was great to work with. He regularly communicated with our designer and worked easily with Redwood City. He finished on time and on budget (not sure there's a higher complement...).
    Since we've been back in the house, he's always been responsive with little things that have come up over time. We're still very happy that we chose Tony as our builder!

    remodel

    We hired Coast Builders for our home improvement project Our project was a total remodel of the first floor and addition of second story to our house. We are really happy with the way it turned out Thanks to Tony and his company.

    We interviewed several contractors and decided to go with Coast Builders . Tony was there right from the first time we met him to explain the project until the very last day. He had great idea that help us to improve our design. He was always available to answer calls and talk to us.

    My experience working with him was great. He patiently heard what we wanted and made sure we were satisfied and happy. Any issues we had at the site were addressed and resolved immediately.

    Tony will treat your project like his own and make sure it's delivered the way you want it. I highly recommend Coast builders for your home Project.
