We have lived in this area 25 years, but have never had better AC service than from Coastal AC. Our heat pump backed up and was overflowing into our hallway. Although I called late in the day, Casey Faircloth and another technician came right way. They did the annual inspection on the outside unit as well as unclogging the pipe. They not only did the repairs, but did major cleanup in the furnace area, as well as replacing the filter. We’ve scheduled them for semi-annual service every year. I appreciate their diligence and special attention to detail. In this case I did not have to clean up after the servicemen. They left the area (our family room) spotless! Both men served in the military together. We appreciate their service to our country. They are worthy of our business! They certainly get an A+ from us!!!
