Completely different experience with Coastal Aire than those previously posted! Had a problem with lack of heat distribution and called them. Left a VM on their biz number and got a callback within a few hours. Techs Nic & Max came out 2 days later (!) and quickly diagnosed the problem as failed dampers. Ordered parts and a week later they returned and fixed my system. A pleasure to have the whole Coastal Aire team so responsive, from owner, to office staff, to techs.
