We have Coastal Boiler Services do all of our installations and service to the water heaters for our nine apartment properties. We have an assortment of raypak, Laars and a few Lochinvars that were in bad shape under our previous service agreement from a company out of Orange County. We had times when tenants would have no hot water for days before the OC firm would get to us. We found Coastal Boiler Service out of Oxnard, California from another management companies vendor list. We decided to give them a shot. Six years later, and not one issue. Zero complaints from tenants and the bottom line is that our budget for boiler maintenance has been reduced to 60% which means bigger profits.
