Chris came over to my house in Laguna Niguel to evaluate water damage. He was very knowledgble and showed us many areas that our house was lacking, especially water drainage. He drew a little sketch, explained, walked around the house on a hill and inside the houseas well. The most unbelievable part of this story, is that Chris does not do that type of repair. He told us that early on, but wanted to edcucate us, so we could understand our problems. He was here, for over an hour, covering many key componets, that would be helpful.
