Avoid this company. The repair start date went from 3 weeks to over 3 months later. After telling him I wanted out of the contract he finally started the job. Two weeks after completion, the roof was leaking really bad after being repaired. I called to speak with owner (Russell) and was told by his office girl that Russell (about 35 years old at the time) was on his death bed up in Georgia and nobody there could or would help me. She stated the company was closing. I ended up having to pay another company to repair his poor roof repair job and replace drywall in my living room. The job also took longer to complete because workers wouldn't show up for work. He'll want your credit card number and he'll use it for payment without providing requested wavers (even if you tell him not to) this proves he paid for all materials. This means you could have a lean put against your house by one of his creditors if he didn't. This being 07/06/2017 I was shocked today to find he's still in business years after I was told he was closing due to severe health problems. I see he moved the business from Lakeland Florida to Pinellas Park Florida and has a new business license number. Yet he still uses the same phone number, (863) 682-4788.
You have been warned. Don't let what he did to me, happen to you.
