    Never hire Stephen Carlson or his company, Coastal Contracting, LLC. He would make a better used car salesman than representing himself as a Contractor! Horrible supervision. Severe Memory problems as he constantly changes things. Refuses to give you a contract. Says he never does contractors that his invoice is the contract! RUN NOW! He is supposedly board certified. He shouldn't be. Left the work undone. Didn't order enough shingles. Left without removing mold and left with homeowner's chimney wrapped in plastic. Which she still doesn't know why! Homeowner will have to hire professional to redo his work. BEWARE.
