Coastal Fireplace was exceptional to work with. Our builder sent us there to select two fireplaces. I found the people we worked with very knowledgible and professional. The selection was fun and the deliveryand installation was on time and well done. I had a problem with the gas company and Coastal sent workers to my home to make sure it was handled properly and the gas inspector was pleased. When I couldn't get the fireplace lit to begin our second year, the owner responded to my call and took me through each step (changoing batteries) to get it running. Very pleased and would highly recommend Coastal Fireplace to friends and family. Excellent customer service priority and attitude throughout.
