Coastal Heritage Construction and Realty

The Coastal Heritage team did a great job coming in to Reno our office. We had so much wasted space and closets. However the owner came up with ideas of turning those wasted spaces into offices. This was such a relief to our growing staff that now we had room for. Thank Kim and Company!

Still waiting for safety, health and rust issues to be corrected after build. They’ve had the inspection report for months. Since checking on progress after a tragic family accident last week we still haven’t heard when our home will be repaired.

Spent a small fortune to claw back ~$6k in invoices they charged us because they followed the wrong plans and expected us to pay for their poor supervision and planning skills.

The subcontractors work for most of the builders in the area and did a wonderful job when they didn’t have to redo several projects the management planned wrong or forgot. If it weren’t for the lack of professionalism and miscommunications throughout I would rate them higher.

In 2017, after careful consideration and high recommendations from Becca L. we chose Kim Willis of Coastal Heritage to be our builder/contractor. Kim and her crew did not disappoint. In fact, the process of building our home long distance was one of the most memorable experiences we had. Kim assisted in all aspects of the build, resulting in a fabulous second home, turning out to be much more than we expected. We highly reccomend Coastal Heritage, without reservation!

This contractor is excellent in so many ways. She is honest and upfront. She considers things that men contractors don’t think of. She may be more expensive but she is worth every penny. You pay for knowledge, insurance, and skills. Her crews show up when suppose to and are very considerate of you as the homeowners especially if doing additions or repairs. Kim has a great caring personality too and listens to her clients.

I have now built 15 homes with Kim and her crew at Coastal Heritage. She has been wonderful to deal with over the years. She is creative throughout the process and takes pride in the homes she builds and the service she provides to her clients. Looking forward to teaming up with them on many more homes!

Coastal Heritage Construction provided excellent craftsmanship and superior customer service.
