    Masterbath Remodel
    $18,500

    I needed a master bath remodel to help me due to my age. The gentlemen with Coastal Improvement came to my house at our scheduled appointment and Edward was so nice and so detailed. After almost 3 hours of questions and concerns he answered everything perfectly. It was a high end master bedroom remodel, that needed to be completing "gutted" as they say. I didn't know what that meant until I came home and saw every single thing was torn out down the wood beams. The reason was, Edward explained he wanted to use a concrete Hardy board? on all tile areas that was sealed to prevent any type of leaks. Then they used a special purple drywall everywhere else. I did get 5 different quotes that was 10k and as high as 25k from several different compaines. Most of them wanted me to sign that day and kept pressuring me with coupons and such. Edward actually spent almost 4 days emailing me different picture of fixtures and tile ideas plus one day of driving me around to the different tile places until we found the perfect subway tile for the shower and floor tile. so after this I was expecting to get a bid of 50k but he gave me a extremely competitive bid.The price ended up being $18,500 and only took one week. The process was very noisy but that is normal, but what really made me happy is they put down this special plastic on all the carpet and then cardboard on top of that so they was zero mess in my house the entire time. The biggest thing I want to bring up is that he set up a google mail and drive that stores every single receipt and contractor invoice and even all of our contracts.. This is honestly the most amazing thing I have seen. I am 63 years old and I barely can use a phone but he took the time to show me how to use it and once I tried it, I was able to get daily updates of the process and pictures of every little detail about the job. Even thought this was last year, I had an issue the fan making horrible noise, Edward said he will take care of it, I did overhear some of the conversation and he stating to his warehouse that they have been using them for 20 years and for them to not take care of me, he would have no problem finding another one. This made me feel so good and the fact it was on my doorstep within 3 days and Edward personally replaced it for free. I even tried to give him a small tip but he smiled and said that's not how they run their business. Of course their business is a little behind on the times with the internet stuff, so he asked me if I could write him a review on some websites and that would be more than what he deserves if I was happy. I really wish they made a 10 star system because these boys deserve it!
