My wife and I hired Coastal Luxury Homes to build our retirement home at Compass Pointe in Leland NC. We found after talking with several builders, and viewing their models, we felt most of the Coastal Luxury floor plans met our criteria for the type of home we were looking for. Owner Chris Klos never pressured us at anytime and let his models sell themselves. He was true to his word regarding the approximate start time for the build as we were selling our home in NY. The build is in progress, and on time. He is on site everyday to oversee operations, but more importantly he assigned us a project manager Jason Cohen, who communicates with us on a weekly basis as to the status of the construction. We were able to customize certain things within the framework of the house giving our home some personalization that meets our needs. Whether it is extra built-ins, in the office, a roof covered back patio or larger closets. His staff in the office are extremely professional and go out of their way to be helpful. We highly recommend Coastal Luxury Homes to anyone looking to build a home in Compass Pointe.
