    Exterior rotting boards to be repaired

    My husband and I signed a contract with Mr. Murray on May 1, 2017. He kept making excuses as to why he was not doing the work. Finally showed up around June 1 and appeared to have either been drinking or doing drugs - speech was slow and slurred. We would not pay him anymore money and asked him to leave our property. We signed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and sent him an e-mail asking for our money to be returned - giving him the option of paying us back in installments and offering to let him keep part of the money for his time and trouble. Have heard nothing else from him.
