We have used HomeTech a number of times, both at our house in Estero and also our new house in Naples. They have always been very reliable and we believe they did a great job. I have recommended them many times, both for project work and also for their Homeowners Warranty.
When we used them for A/C work, the project manager showed up on time, discussed the options, and gave us an exact cost to expect. We never had "unexpected issues" which raise the estimate (as we did with some others).

I have used Home Tech the last 17 years. In 2015, They replaced the AC unit and hot water heater. They guarantee their work. If they can't fix it, they will replace it. The replacement cost will decrease each year for 10 years. One time, they did a service call late Saturday afternoon. They're GOOD.
