Coastal Stone came to my aid after I purchased a new dishwasher. The installers couldn't drill to attach the washer to the cabinet. Coastal sent out an installer the next day after a short visit to their showroom. He completed the work, leveled the dishwasher, and gave me a quote for my fireplace. A great company to deal with.

I hired Coastal Stone to install a new counter in my kitchen. I sat down with Shane and laid out the kitchen. All the components fit into one slab with one seam in the middle of the sink. They sent me to GSI in Ormond to pick stone. We spent a lot of time at GSI choosing a slab. I had made a deposit for material and when the counter was finished, I was sent a final layout for approval and request for payment. The layout was the same as the original with one seam. The installers removed my old counters destroying them in the process. When they started installing the new counters there were three pieces not two and the material was not the slab we choose. I refused the counters and requested my old counter be reinstalled. The installers said they only install, and I need to speak with Shane at Coastal. Shane said I chose a color not a slab and that we got the color we chose. He also said that my layout didn't fit on one slab and that was the reason for two seams. I asked to have the countertops fabricated as agreed from the slab we chose. I spoke with the owner's husband John who stated my old counters were in the dumpster and wouldn't be returned. He also stated I got the color I chose and that it took two seams to make it. Take it or leave it. Either way he was not going to return my deposit. He said he would install the counters I ordered. I reluctantly agreed. The install is horrible. The seams are not level and glue is raised above the counter. The seam at the window is completely separated. They broke pieces installing them and the repairs are terrible.
I contacted John to make repairs and he said he wasn't spending any more money or time and hung up on me.
