    Build a new addition to my home

    During a time when finding help is extremely difficult & finding good help impossible, I watched Jacob work his butt off to keep his commitments that were made months before when he had a full crew. As one of the customers that had to wait an ample amount of time for permits to be approved so we could start my home's new addition, my start date landing during a time that Coastline's crew was down to Jacob & maybe two other guys, both of which did work that Jacob had to completely redo himself & eventually were costing him more than he was being paid. As a retired contractor myself, I can empathize with a young man that has a new baby & wants nothing more than to build something for his family. His heart is in the right place & his intentions are pure, this I can say with 100% confidence. It did take a little longer than he'd originally anticipated, but his work was well worth the wait. At one point his wife must have noticed the stress was getting to be too much & she stepped in to help keep things organized. I truly appreciated Shelby's honesty & her accountability. She supported her husband without making excuses for their areas of weakness, just as a family should operate. I will only hire Coastline Builders to work on my property going forward as I know my money is being put towards something good. I will say this about Jacob, he has yet to accept the reality that he cannot make everyone happy & unfortunately the more he tries to do so, the more people he lets down. But make no confusion, if you are one of those people that feels they have been let down, call Coastline at 509-767-7225 & ask for Jacob's wife, Shelby. Let her know what you need to obviate any concerns, this is her area of the business :)

    These people stole my money. HORRIBLE communication and never showed up when they told me they were coming, 12 times. They refuse to give me my deposit back even though I had to hire other contractors to do the work. The small amount of work they did do had to be redone and they ended up costing me THOUSANDS of dollars in additional repairs due to their shoddy work.
