Absolutely awesome all around!
I contacted a bunch of plumbers and fire protection companies on Yelp about a leaky pipe in our front yard that feeds our fire sprinkler system and more than 10 other companies on here either said they couldn't fix it, came out to look at it and then said they couldn't fix it, or just never got back to me. On the other hand, Coastwest got back to me almost immediately asking for photos, and based on the photos I sent they diagnosed the problem clearly and in detail and gave a cost estimate and said they could come out and fix it in a couple days. I waited for responses and estimates from other places and after almost a week of getting jerked around by others, I scheduled Coastwest to come out.
They came out, confirmed the issue, the work, and the cost with us. They then went to get supplies, shut off the water, repaired the issue, turned the water back on, and everything was fixed and done and in perfect shape in like 3 hours!
