Carl coates is a liar and a crook. They were hired to remove french door and install another door. They left my siding hanging off,they were also hired to install a roll in shower and rebuild the floor in bathroom to accommodate my wheelchair. Also, they were hired to pour a concrete pad with drain to street. What I got was loose tile,cracked tile, the finished floor is inch and a half higher than adjacent floor. He told me I had to raise the floor up in the other room, If I did that, the door he just installed wouldn't open. The concrete pad runs towards my house, when it rains, the water runs under the door he just installed, the wood stays wet and is rotting. He buried a flexible gas line in the concrete with no conduit around it to protect it, he did not get a permit from city or my homeowne homeowners
