    Restoration of gutted home after pipes burst.
    $64,000

    Rushed elderly parents (88 &89) to sign $64,000 proposal so they could"hit the ground running" & "start sheet rock in 1 & 1/2 weeks". Job would be done in 2-3 months. It will be 3 months next week & still no sheet rock or schedule. $15,000 over insurance approval. Said we could lower my parents cost by using cheaper materials (promised this verbally before signing). Dropped $14,000 in material cost alone ... refused to drop price 1 penny!!! Have had $32,000 of my parents money for almost 3 months. We've just cut job in half since they already have money. Hoping for reimbursement, at least, but no answer yet. No schedule. Absolute chaos. Do not believe one single word spoken before signing ... or after !
