    Scam artist. We had to bring him to small claims court. Tried to put a cheaper furnace in, all his work was substandard

    Brutally bad.
    Talked a good game...

    Absolute train wreck of an air conditioning and furnace installation. Worked on it for days, installed a vertical only furnace horizontally, which is causing draining issues. Didn't bother to epoxy the furnace pipes. Everything looks like an amateur cobbled stuff into place without care or professionalism. Didn't get a permit even though it was part of the contract.

    As soon as he left the installation site, Mr. Cobb ceased responding to texts and e-mails.

    A year later - nothing works. Looking at about $7000 to repair. Freon leaks, oil leak in air conditioner. Nothing is up to spec.

    Two ac and furnace.

    Needed two new ac units and furnace put in. All three had stopped working within months. Two of the units were fixed after repeated calls Still waiting on one ac. Has not fixed ac unit for over three years. Broke down twice. Have called repeatedly and always comes up with excuses. I don't believe all these five stars. Will write monthly reviews to keep this updated. Aurora colo
