Ray SEEMS like a great guy at the start but turned out to be horrible; he went $8,000 over budget because he padded his hours calling himself a “project manager” despite the fact he knows very little about construction. He damaged my $15,000 new luxury vinyl plank floors yet won’t pay even $1200 compensation so I can get them refinished. On top of that he insulted and assaulted me verbally in one of his frequent rages when things didn’t go his way. He’s entitled, arrogant and dishonest. I recommend you find someone else!
