He told me a set price over costs and then charged me 5% more at closing. He ripped me off about $13000.00 dollars, and returned doors supposedly and never had the credit on my invoice. He said I could pay him the remaining balance at closing and then charged me another $1700 in interest. DO NOT recommend this builder!!!
