Here is a Great Story and it’s true. I was in the Navy; stationed overseas and Hurricane Ivan hit and destroyed our home in Pensacola. We wife and children safe but was in tears and wipe out. It was God send that I got hold of Mr. Coggins; he showed up as I was Shoveling my house into a dumpster, he just smile and said that I can stop and that he would take care of that (I'm still get tears just thinking of it). He met my wife and kids and told me to take care of them.
Back to the story; making it short; after two weeks of fighting with appraisals and insurance people I got called back work to duty. Being emotional drained and my wife in tears of just thinking of her fighting with issues of building a house. So against advice from Navy Legal I signed a Power of Attorney for the house (patch of land) to Mr. Coggins. He said “If you take care of our country and I take care of your house and the best interest of your family”. All my wife did was to pick out the colors and new furniture to buy. Mr. Coggins fought the lawyers and insurance people and build a better housed and double the value of my house (It is still listed higher than my neighbors) at no additional cost to us. Even after 7 years our house is still sound and stunning as ever. I am proud to say that Mr. Glenn Coggins built my house and would recommend him to anyone. God bless him.
