    We were very fortunate to find Tim when we did. We were so done with trying to find a contractor. The experience from start to finish was better than what we expected. He was very forthcoming and no nonsense. We wanted a builder with integrity, and we found him. We have been in our house a year and we love it. No issues with any of the craftsmanship. We were able to get exactly what we wanted, our forever Home. We receive so many compliments.
    Tim, Patricia and Justin were the absolute best!!

Tim has always stepped up and resolved issues that arise to our complete satisfaction. You will not be disappointed when you pick Tim as your builder.     Build my house

    In April of 2020 I signed the paperwork and moved into my new home Mr. Cogswell built for this Marine Corps veteran. This is my dream home, this is my last home, and is by far the best home I have ever owned. His quality workmanship is what as a Marine I expected. Attention to detail is exceptional and what I am used to. He drives to make his customers happy, he knows this is there investment in their quality of life. If for some reason I ever needed a new home built he is the only builder I would reach out to. I am just that happy with the quality of work.

    Cogswell Homes built my son's home and the quality and value is apparent throughout the home. They go above and beyond is paying attention to the smallest of details. And it's the personal attention that really sets them apart. They truly care about each and every buyer and work closely with them to make it the home of their dreams. Most builders just want to build you a standard product and are often not flexible with making changes. My son was able to customize many details of his home without the custom home price. In addition, the builder does not cut and run after closing. They are always available to respond to any and all needs of the customer, oftentimes when other builders would not even respond. Tim, Patricia, and their son Justin are great people that you can trust with your building needs.

    Tim is the best contractor I have ever hired. He is a man of his word which is rare now a days. He always answers his phone or calls you back right away. I absolutely love the home that he and his team built for me and my wife. Everyone knows that time is money. So don’t waste your time or money.

    Build a home

    First let me say Tim Cogswell built my forever home. I am 49 years old and this is my retirement home. Although, the house technically was not custom.... I was able to design my bathroom to turn it into my dream bathroom. All of my must haves comfortably fit into my 1500 square foot home. I was able to go to the tilde house, a high end cabinet store, Lowe’s, and Home Depot with the help of Tim and his wife Patty to pick out everything. Patty is quiet but she is amazing with her input of what looks nice. Tim within the hour responded and answered my endless questions. All of his subcontractors were very skilled in what they did. My children were skeptical at first, (Their dad builds homes) but they were very impressed with the finished product. My son is a realtor and he was especially impressed with the cupboards, tile work, and wider baseboard and trim. That was all standard and wasn’t even aware of the upgrades. I was literally able to pick out everything. Tim even went the extra mile to get me the kitchen appliances I wanted. Everything was on backorder due to covid. He delivered the home on the exact date I requested. Tim, Patty, and his son Justin cleaned late into the night before I moved in. I am extremely happy with everything. I moved in a week ago and he quickly responds with any questions or concerns I have. I purchased new couches that require plug ins......The week I mentioned this to Tim he had the electrician ken come out and install outlets into my floor for a very low price. To top everything off.....the house I sold at the last minute had leaking roof issues on a Sunday. By Monday his roofer subcontractor replaced a skylight that started leaking. Again I was charged a very fair decent price. Tim goes above and beyond more than any builder I had in the past!
