Bought a house they flipped 3 months ago and have had nothing but problems since! Shotty workmanship, finish work, flooring! Blames everything but what they supposedly did. Wont refer anyone to them!

Cohen Construction is a newer company but don't let that scare you. They did an excellent job on repairing the damage to my bathroom that the first contractor screwed up. They don't take shortcuts and only use the best materials. They will do anything residential from building a new house, repairing damage to existing structures, remodels etc. If they can't do it they will tell you and not attempt some thing to just get the money. They want to do a top rate job. They are reasonably priced as well. They also have another business Sloan Inspections where they do house inspections.

Bought a home they renovated and have had nothing but problems since weve been here in 3 months.Excuses is all we get and when we contacted Tyler it was our home inspectors fault he didnt catch it! Do not purchase from these people!
