    Full house remodel, basement finish and outdoor kitchen
    $120,000

    Justin and Hilary Walsh displayed an extreme lack of professionalism, complete lack of organization and were repeatedly dishonest during the two years they worked on my home. Ultimately, Justin did not complete the job despite multiple promises to do so. He should be avoided at all costs.

    Finish basement with bathroom and minor remodeling of main level

    Justin and his company (well just him and Hillary) should no longer be allowed to work in the State Of Colorado. The list is long 1- Poor Craftsmanship 2- Cracked Tiles though out new bathroom 3- Bowed Sheetrock 4- Crooked Sheetrock 5- Improperly installed Faucet in Bathroom Tub and Enclosure 6- Did not punch in finish nails before painting trim 7- Hung doors crooked 8- Cut doors to wrong lengths 9- Texture on walls supposed to be knock down but instead look like blobs 10- drop downs in ceiling done incorrectly 11- Inspector did not pass his plumbing 12- over charged on items 13- never on time 14- never provided firm timeline of construction 15- project went 4 months past original completion. While we added some small things to the construction they were items that only added an 1 week of time 16- tile work was already re done once before because he hung the tiles wrong 17- counter tops were order wrong 18- he tried charging more for items he had to come back to repair from his doing. This was all new construction by the way. The items he had to come back and fix 19- he charged me for a doggy door that he did not even complete. I had to install carpet on the interior plus seal it. This was after I had a big hole in my house were the doggy door was going. Well the doggy door just sat in the hole uninstalled for over two weeks. Finally had to get on him because every time my dog came in and out of my house he would pull it out. A doggy door that should literally take any novice handyman 1 day to do. He took over 2 WEEKS. I should have fired him at this moment. This was his first small item he had to do. 20- Glass Shower Enclosure installed crooked. He measure it wrong so to make up for the longer length he just set it in cock-eyed. There is just 20... I have at least 10 more I can name but as you can see the list is long. DO NOT FALL PREY TO THEIR SCAM!!!!!!!
