Nice enough guy. Got work done in a timely manner (when he showed up). Scattered/not focused/hard to pin down and get to show up. Problems with billing - he billed two months after work was done, padded his time, and billed for items he didn't use, then when informed, I didn't get a revised/corrected bill until five months later, and then he tried to charge me interest on the outstanding balance. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!

when I called and told him what I needed: to check the wiring in the lamp post & see if the lighting issue was the wiring or the light itself. He said he could take a look. He checked the wiring AFTER he cut my light pole. To then find it was the wiring. Then sent me to get some wiring he would need for the next visit, but didn't tell me the wiring was hard to find. Until a week later. Had me get his electrical stuff he needed from his local contact, then sent evasive texts without committing to when he would return -to not returning my calls or texts. During his only visit he seemed like he forgot what he was doing. I agree stay away from this one- he is not reliable.
