By Beatrice C.July 13, 2022Verified HireHVAC projectResponse from Cold Air Solutions LLC May 8, 2024Beatrice AC systems were dirty and one was low on freon due to leak. Both systems coils and AHs were cleaned, sanitizer wiped n sprayed. Leak sealer with UV dye as well as 2# freon were added as well as a floatswitch added to drainline .Customer was fully explained that leak sealer isn’t a guarantee but has UV dye in it so if it leaks still, then the dye will help locate leak for repair(s) ! This service call was discounted down from $930 to only $600 for getting it all done together on same call ( I’m very fair with my pricing and don’t overcharge) when it normally adds up to over $1200 in repairs / work! So, when she called again with AC issue, of course i can’t do that under some “warranty “ she doesn’t have and have to charge her …it’s her ac and leak in system to get repaired. Sorry the leak sealer didn’t fix the problem. This customer is just upset cause she has to pay for additional repairs to fix her leaking system but this is why our motto is “put VALVE in your AC system with Quality Installations and Annual Maintenance!!!” You get real honest work and pricing from us …I was born here and treat every customer as my neighbor!
