    Remodel our bathroom

    My husband and I hired Brian and his crew to remodel our master bathroom during the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. We were impressed with Brian and his employees because they were very competent, reliable, and hardworking. They kept their work areas clean, wore masks religiously, and kept us notified of any issues that came up with the Covid-19 restrictions related to their construction business. Brian definitely has the expertise and reliability to get the job done to his customers satisfaction; he listened and provided advice on how to remodel our bathroom in ways that we had not even thought of. He even arranged for us to see a recent bathroom remodel he had finished to show us the design he had in mind for us. Needless to say, we were very happy with the bathroom remodel, and would recommend Brian and his crew to everyone.

    We have them do a small job then a kitchen redo which came out wonderful! Brian was wonderful to work with and listened to all my needs. Any little issue after and he sent someone to fix immediately. We would highly recommend them. I’m sure we will have them back for more projects! All his workers are very pleasant to work with.

    Interior trim and entryway construction project
    $4,500

    I hired Cold Water Builders to complete interior trim work on a basement remodel project and build a lower level entryway in our home. Brian was wondeful to work with, taking time to understand my needs and providing expertise and suggestions as to how we could best accomplish our goals. His individual attention in addressing concerns combined with the unparalled experience offered by Fred Ivers, resulted in a finished product which greatly exceeded my hopes and expectations. More often than not, construction workers convey an image of cigarette butts, profanity, and loud music; not so with Cold Water Builders. I found their employees to be honest, professional, and productive, giving attention to every detail in a cost effective manner while respecting our home and family members. I felt completely comfortable having them in our home. All of this, combined with a price that was fair and competitive, make it a privilege for me to recommend Cold Water Builders to anyone planning a construction project, whether large or small.
