The work was satisfactory, what was not was being over charged $100.00. There was a fee on the estimate to evaluate the wiring to a tankless water heater. Prior to doing the work, Cole was advised the plumbing contractor was taking care of the electrical involved with the tankless water heater and they did do the work. We were still charged and they (Cole) will not correct the error. Gouging seniors is not fair business practice.
