Christopher Trent Yancey
Harrison was over an hour and a half late for estimate appointment. His excuse was that he "forgot about us". He then ignored myself & my sister (the homeowners) and only spoke to the male neighbor that happened to be present. He was told at least twice who owned the house, but he treated us as if we were invisible. He was on roof less than five minutes. Did not take any measurements -did not ask us what we were looking to do. He did not give us a quote. He left quickly; only at the house less than ten minutes. Email were ignored. Phone calls to the office resulted in flimsy excuses. Estimate finally came a week later via email. Job estimate was way off since no measurements were taken. No apologies from Harrison for treating us like garbage. Highly unprofessional and shady company. Customers are NOT priority.
