- Building permit records show that Cole's Pool Specialist has worked on 26 permitted projects.
Cole (owner) does not communicate well which then makes it feel like he's just trying to screw you over. He is very skilled at ignoring questions specific to project. Does not show up when he says he will show up. Refuses to set a time to meet in person and would just give a 10 minute warning of when he will show up to the house during the hours he knew we were at work. Refused to fully finish the pool until he received the final payment even though the contract stated final payment due once project 100 percent completed. He then decided to add on an extra 3 grand onto the final bill to complete the project for the inconvenience. Most recent complaint is that he closed our pool last year and did not inform us of a massive hole in the skimmer. Which we discovered this year when we were getting ready to open. He states was already there when he closed the pool. If it was there prior to closing, our pool would not have been able to maintain the water level. Since he decided to not tell us and planned to fix it during opening and then bill us...it makes it seem like he caused the hole and was going to try and cover it up. This is just a few of the complaints I have with this company. I do not recommend using this company for a pool build unless you like the feeling and frustrations of getting screwed over every step of the way.
