Kent never listened to us when we were building our house, he told us we could pick out everything like paint, faucets, ect, but when it came down to it he did what he wanted then charged us to replace it with what we wanted. Drainage is yard is terrible, the whole neighborhood floods and holds water. He never fixed our yard after selling us the house. Some people still do not have door knobs in their house after 2 years. Don’t trust the colliers!!
