Collinsbuilt Pools

I wish I had never chosen Collins Built for my pool project. We had nothing but issues the entire time. Buddy Collins doesn't communicate with his customers -- and when issue arose, he chose to not pick up his phone or return any of my calls/messages.
The pavers were laid incorrectly and he sent someone out 3 times to try to "fix it." His idea of fixing it was having someone jump up and down on them until they broke. I am now out even more money because I have had to hire someone with paver experience to come out and fix it because Collins Built couldn't make it right, and just wanted to collect their paycheck.

Avoid this business at all costs. All of their reviews on google are fake and majority of them either work for him or are friends of the family.

CollinsBuilt Pools created a beautiful pool for us. The entire process was smooth and continuous. The pool, pavers, screen enclosure, extended roof are well built and of high quality - to include the pool equipment. Everyone in the office are friendly, helpful and kept us updated on all phases of the process. The manager and scheduler of the crews and crews were skillful, meticulous and professional. The “Pool School” training was excellent. We are very happy with this company and if you are considering getting a pool, we highly recommend CollinsBuilt Pools - It’s also a family owned business which we like.

Had issues every step of the way with CollinsBuilt pools from construction to build. They never addressed any quality issues we brought up other than claiming the quality he provided is good and he stands behind it. It took the painter 7 or 8 visits to get it close to good, but left paint all over the bottom rails of the cage, which pictures provided show. The stair tiles have the sand finish all over them, as the pictures provided show. The waterline tiles are horrendous looking in the corners, which the picture provided will show. And there are many other issues I dealt with, that were not addressed other than that’s how he does things. Collins built pools boasts about quality, but the pictures I provided will clearly show different. Also beware, there are at least 4 5 star reviews on here that I see that are connected to this business.
And someone keeps reporting my review as spam to get my review removed, because Collins built knows the quality of my pool isn’t what they boast about. And Collins built pools keeps ignoring the issue and won’t come to a real resolution.
They keep removing my google review that had pictures. I submitted a complaint to BBB and he is totally ignoring their emails and phone calls as of the date I wrote this.
