I do not recommend this contractor. I had him provide electrical and heating vent services in my Martinez home. I was dissatisfied with his services mostly because he failed to communicate what he was doing and never sought my approval prior to installation along the way. I was not happy after he installed a non-energy efficient heating system in my basement that was larger and took up more space than the system replaced. He never reviewed any of the specifics with me. Tried to have him install wiring for installation of my hot tub which he was unable to successfully complete. Also, had him provide emergency electrical work inside my home, and he charged me full electrical contractors fees to drive around for 2 hours and purchase parts which he later had his assistant install. This may be an industry standard, however, I think he should have communicated how service would be billed prior to execution which would have allowed for me to say no". I was very upset that I paid close to $400 for him to find parts. My recommendation is to find someone with a higher rating who is more skilled and able to communicate services to be provided.
