Rocky and Robert,
Thank you for your time on Saturday. I was looking forward to meeting Colonial Contracting Inc representative to address the elephant in the room.I was hoping that you will walk into my house and apologize for how your team behaved on camera in front of my door and how they built a laughing joke about me and my accent. However, you walked in open your manila folder and went over the numbers and repair you will do to the roof.
Only when you finished speaking is when I asked you about your employee’s behavior. That is a shame that a company treats people with an accent as second class citizens. However, we are better people than you are, and we keep our word. Since colonial loves money more that customers or reputations, please come pick up your deposit to start working on my roof. I will publish this email as my review of your company.

Colonial Contracting replaced our roof. They were able to work with us and our insurance company for the replacement due to hail damage. They were able to offer an upgraded shingle to what we had existing on our roof. They worked with use on the installation time to avoid storms. Colonial was conscientious and cleaned up the roofing debris and roofing nails around the property.

Colonial COntracting replaced our roof a year ago. We had issues that were only fixed after six months of calls and requests and once we thought we were done with it, after a snowstorm, water came into the garage, needless to say, we are constantly calling them to fix the problem, but they do not want to fix it..
