The most unprofessional and unethical company we have ever come across. Colony is 8 months BEHIND schedule of what was contracted to be a 7-month-build and refuse to provide a new completion date. Sub-contractors have changed NUMEROUS times. No consistency in the progress of the home. Work starts then stops for weeks or months at a time. Subs refuse to complete projects due to nonpayment or insufficient funds. Mark & Bill are unapologetic and unsympathetic to the upheaval they have caused for their customers and sub contractors. Currently have an F rating on BBB. Disgusted and exhausted!
