John Duvall
On 11/4/16 Stan Warwick from Colorado Roofing LLC quoted me $14,700 for a new roof as the home inspection on the sale of my Colorado house failed and the roof needed to be replaced. Stan said he needed $6500 for materials so I mailed him a check which he cashed right away. I informed him that the house closing was on 11/30/16. In addition, my real estate agent who recommended Stan advised Stan the house closing was 11/30 and the work needed to be completed before that date to allow enough time for a roof re-inspection. Stan was told of this deadline multiple times and always stated he would get it done on time. Well here it is 11/30 and no materials or crew at my house today, job not done. So, I have fired Stan as of noon today (11/30) and am requesting he refund my money by 12/7/16.
