Colorbright Painting

I would NOT recommend Ronald Saintil (Ron) of Colorbright Painting & Home Improvement LLC., based out of Trenton, NJ. His quality of work was very poor and his chief interest was in getting paid (in cash). He will tell you he can “do everything,” and that he is licensed, but you will be compromising on the quality of the work if you choose him. I hired him to paint the exterior of the house, repaint the sunroom, waterproof the deck, and to do multiple home improvement projects. I regret not going with another contractor or professional. There are paint splashes everywhere and there are areas that weren’t painted. There are way too many imperfections, which I have plenty of documentation of. The sunroom still has water leak marks. He didn’t do everything listed on the contract, and took many shortcuts. He does not acknowledge his errors, is confrontational and rude, and he stopped responding to messages once he was paid. He rushed through my job and moved on to another project. I reached out to him multiple times in hopes of correcting the errors, but he never fixed the mistakes. Please do your due diligence. He wants to start his own construction company in the future, but I would not recommend working with him ever, not even for the smallest of jobs. I would give him 0/5 stars. I trusted him and it is one of my biggest regrets, but I hope this review helps others avoid a similar mistake.

Very professional, very reliable

Mr. Ron Saintil responded immediately to the request that I submitted to Home Advisors and Angies List.He removed the popcorn ceiling and repainted with two coats of paint as specified in the contract. I called a few days later to tell him about the flaws on the ceiling that show through the paint such as cracks along the ceiling. Also, one small area had to be re-sanded and painted. He told me to send pictures and I sent him pictures along with a video. However he should have returned to my home to see the flaws and correct the flaws. He never returned my phone call or returned to correct the problem.
