Charles Howard Shroyer
Owner of Colt Plumbing, Llc was hired by my warranty company to analyze my hot tub. He told me that he did not know how my hot tub worked so I showed him that the Jets on one side the hot tub were not working. He looked at it and said there was nothing wrong with it and that my warranty emergencies. I told him that he was wrong about what my warranty covers and asked himhim why he would say that my hot tub is working fine, if he can see that one side of it is not working at all. He got angry and said I was rude and left.
