WSe used Mr. Cassens back in 2009 and were delighted at his professionalism. Unfortunately, in 2017 this is no longer true. We had to fight to get him to finish the job and some of the outside painting was done when the temperatures had dropped to the point that the paint bubbled up and has left us with a mess. Several attempts at getting him to repair the poor paint job has left me with few options and we are considering hiring another contractor to fix the mess and take Cassens toi court to pay the costs.
