I worked with Columbia Contracting Services, doing business as Columbia Water Heaters. Unfortunately, they installed a tankless water heater, and did not get permits or have the job inspected. I tried numerous times to contact Joe and he promised over and over he would pull the permits and have the work inspected, but he never did. I ended up hiring a different company to permit the job, and fix the sagging condensate line. I would not recommend this company, and if you do use them, get a written contract signed by you and them in advance, and have them show you the permit before starting any work.
